#145. Saturday we took a leisurely stroll around Price Lake. As you can see, it was a gorgeous day! Lots of people were out on the lake canoing, I was slightly jealous, maybe next time we'll go canoing?!?!

Yup, that's Grandfather Mountain alright. Been over it many times. You certainly do live in a beautiful part of the world!

i hiked up it once. if i remember correctly it took about three hours up and 30 minutes down. i was 14 or so...
There are a couple different hikes within Grandfather Mountain, I myself, have yet to do one from the bottom to the peak though. I hate having to pay $12 to enjoy nature....argh!!! haha I'm such a cheapo :)
